BEER & DRINKS

Our cosy bar is the perfect place to escape to with plenty of locals popping in through the day for a quick drink, a spot of lunch or a coffee and a slice of one of our signature cakes.  

We offer cask conditioned ales, specially selected wines, fizz by the glass, draft and bottled lagers and a carefully selected range of soft drinks.  

We have three traditional  hand pulls here at the Royal Oak. Two permanent Bateman ales – XXXB and XB – and one guest ale.  

Our lager draught products available are Birra Moretti, Carling and Staropramen; and cider draughts are currently Thatchers and Strongbow Dark Fruits. We also have Guinness on draught, as well as John Smiths so lots to choose from!  

Our house wine range is J.E. Ridlington & Son and we have Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc available by the glass along with White Zinfandel as our house rosé. House red wines available by the glass are Shiraz and Merlot and we also have a full wine menu should you fancy something different by the bottle.  

If gin is your thing then we have a whole host of options to choose from including Hendricks, Bombay Sapphire, Brockmans, Silent Pool, Edinburgh and locally produced Pin Gin.   

For those looking for something non-alcoholic to warm you on a cold day, we have a Barista coffee machine to offer you with a selection of hot drinks.
